Or she just cut them way down so that they'd have bigger flowers next year?

I think she just cut them so they could regrow and have bigger flowers next year.

But I'm not sure. I'm not a flower expert. I just take pictures of them.....*snap snap* Here's a keeper. :P

Lawl. I bet thats what she did. My mother cut the roses in our front yard all the way to the ground and they're already bouncing back.
But up in Washington they might not do that until it warms back up. *is a flower expert in training with a gardener mother*
